Mivan Restaurant & Cafe

We visited the place upon recomendation from a friend. We were welcomed and placed immediately despite the momentary lack of electricity. Mr. Begi offered his helped in the food choise and prepared for us a perfect mix of typical turkish meals and accompanied it with complimentary starters. He was patient enough to explain each of the dishes. Each peace of the plate was extremely delicious. This dinner made us admirers of the turkish cuisine! We recomend it to everyone who wants to experience Turkey!!

Mivan was a really pleasant place for our evening meal. The service was excellent and all our food, including the stuffed vine leaves, the chicken shish and the steak were all cooked perfectly. Overall, a very good place to eat which is highly recommended.

We had dinner and got back the next day for brakfast since the food, the service and the vibe was perfect. Our waiter Jusuf was perfect, gave us a lot of information and was very frendly

Bit off the main drag but a very good restaurant. Not much atmosphere upstairs but we didn't want to sit on the roadside downstairs. Possibly the best and freshest food we are in Istanbul. Great value for money. Shame not licensed, we were not aware of this. Was still a very good meal. Staff lovely.
