Herkes çok ilgiliydi yemekler ve atmosferde harikaydi çok teşşekürlerimi sunuyorum.

Mevlüt Şef'in menüsü çok başarılı. Lezzetli yemekler geniş bir şarap kavı. Ortam biraz gürültülü. Çalışanlarda gereksiz bir telaş vardı. Mürver, İstanbul'da gidebileceğiniz en iyi restoranlardan biri.

Deneyimlendiğimiz herşey gayet lezzetli ve zevkli idi. Servis de bir o kadar başarılıydı.

Nous nous réjouissions de diner à Murver, conseillés par 2 couples d'amis. Nous avons réservé une table pour 21h45 (horaire de réservation proposé). Le restaurant est joli, belle ambiance, lounge bar, vue, éclairage, musique. Nous avons reçu un message whatsapp avant l'heure de réservation pour rappeler d'être à l'heure et avec des recommandations (pas de short, pas de parfum fort...) on s'attendait à arriver dans un chic endroit. Arrivés à l'heure, le serveur nous a pressé, les manteaux encore sur le dos " la cuisine ferme à 22h" ... Ok alors pourquoi permettre de réserver à 21h45. Il nous a pressé tout le long du service. Entrées servies 5 min après notre arrivée, avant même que nos verres soient sevies. C'était du jamais vu ! aucun apéritif proposé. La suggestion de vins à revoir. Nous avons mangé quasi froid nos entrées. L'entrée recommandée comme mon plat principal étaient particuliers, créatifs mais mal assaisonnés (roasted végétable et poisson servi en soupe) Le café a été servi - 1 min après la commande, la machine à café devait avoir été éteinte car il a été servi tiede. Le clou du spectacle, le dessert spicy chocolat : un boudin de ganache, soupe de griottes. Immangeable, tellement il est piquant et ne laissant aucune place aux autres saveurs. Je dirai que c'est un restaurant qui a tout pour être branché mais soit nous n'étions pas à la bonne saison, soit le chef a changé entre temps. Mais on a préféré en rire tellement c'était moyen et bien en dessous des autres restaurants testés durant notre séjour à Istanbul.

İçeride sort ve lastik terlikli kro bir müşteri vardı. İçeriye alınmaması gerekiyordu. Böyle bir restoran'a yakışmayan kıyafetli kişileri lütfen içeriye alıp, kaliteyi düşürmeyin. Geriye kalan her şey mükemmeldi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Food was overcooked and spicy in general. Everything else was great.

Bu mekanın işletme mantığı ancak esnaf lokantası işletir. O da ancak oto sanayide olur. Çünkü müşteriyi kendilerine mecbur zannediyorlar. İşlettikleri mekanı da vazgeçilmez derecede mükemmel zannediyorlar. Halbuki azıcık mekan tecrübesi olan herhangi biri burada hiçbir özellik olmadığını kolayca anlar. Biz de mekana girdikten kısa bir süre sonra anlayıp, yıldönümümüz olmasına rağmen hızlıca ortamdan uzaklaştık.

Cibo buono, ma il servizio non è affatto all’altezza. Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile spostarci al tavolo in vetrata e ci è stato detto che era già prenotato. Successivamente un’altra coppia ha chiesto la medesima cosa e invece per loro è stato consentito il trasferimento. Quando hanno portato i piatti non hanno spiegato cosa ci fosse (avevo un brodo a parte non sapevo cosa ci dovessi fare). In generale si mangia bene, il cibo è buono ma il servizio non vale affatto la location. In più secondo me ci sono troppi coperti, se il locale è pieno fai fatica a sentire cosa dice l’altra persona. Ripeto che le mia recensione è basata su un locale rooftop che vorrebbe essere

Ortam, yemekler, servis harikaydı. Sadece müzik sesi çok yüksekti. Fine dining yapılan bir mekanda club müziği bence çok fazlaydı. Masa da kimse yanında oturan dılında aohbet edemedi. Dj çalmaya başlandığında da bar tarafı kapısı kapatılmalı. İkisi çok farklı konsept.

The restaurant was Fantastic. We made a late booking and we had a fantastic evening of wonderful food and drinks. I would recommend.

Hands down the best food we have had in the 10 days we have been in Istanbul. Exceptional food and complimentary service thanks to Murrat Kapo who made our night. Will definitely recommend to our friends who visit Istanbul often. Definitely worth the higher cost given the overall experience.

The place is very nice but the food is not as good as expected according to the restaurant class. Overpriced for the quality of the food.
