  • Earning Loyalty Points

    • When do I receive my Loyalty Points after reserving a table?

      You will receive your Loyalty Points after you have dined out and the restaurant has confirmed your visit. Please allow up to 72 hours after your restaurant visit for your points to be awarded. If you do not receive your points within this time frame, please send us an email at service.tr@quandoo.com.

    • When do I receive my Loyalty Points after writing a restaurant review?

      You will receive your Loyalty Points once your review has been published online by our team. We aim to publish all reviews within 48 hours of their submission date. Reviews are not published automatically as they first need to be checked for explicit, inappropriate or offensive content. Reviews of this nature are denied and no Loyalty Points are awarded.

    • How do I earn Loyalty Points for using a Quandoo promo code?

      You can enter a Quandoo promo code at the checkout screen as you’re making a reservation. Your Loyalty Points will then be awarded to you within 72 hours of your confirmed restaurant visit. Some promo codes can be re-used while others cannot and their validity periods also vary. If you are unsure of the validity or the use terms of your promo code, you can contact us at service.tr@quandoo.com.

    • Do I still earn Loyalty Points if I cancel my reservation?

      No, we only award Loyalty Points for reservations that are honoured.

    • Can my Loyalty Points expire?

      Yes, your accumulated Loyalty Points will expire if you don’t make any new reservations via our website or app in 180 days.

    • Can I combine Loyalty Points totals from two separate Quandoo accounts?

      No, it is not possible to combine points totals from two different accounts.

    • Can I earn Loyalty Points if I reserve a table directly through a restaurant’s website?

      No, we only award Loyalty Points for reservations made via the Quandoo website or app.

  • Redeeming Loyalty Points

    • When do I receive my cashback reward after redeeming my Loyalty Points?

      Once you have sent us your completed redemption form, we will transfer your cash to you within 14 working days. If you do not get the cash back within this time frame, please contact us at service.tr@quandoo.com.

      Note: you cannot collect your reward at a restaurant or claim the cashback amount off your restaurant bill.

    • How do I cancel a Loyalty Points redemption request?

      To cancel a redemption request, all you’ve got to do is email us at service.tr@quandoo.com. We’ll make sure your Loyalty Points stay in your account.

    • What do I do if I enter incorrect bank details on the redemption form?

      If you think you’ve submitted incorrect or out-of-date information, you can send us an email at service.tr@quandoo.com explaining the situation and we’ll send you instructions on how to re-submit your details.

    • I have over 1,000 Loyalty Points but I am unable to redeem them. Why?

      In order to make a redemption request, you must have at least 1,000 points in your account and have made at least one successful reservation with Quandoo. A successful reservation means that you have dined out and the restaurant has confirmed your visit.
