Das war das beste Restaurant auf unserem Istanbul-Trip! Ambiente top, Essen top, Service top. Vielen Dank an das Team, das uns unseren Abschiedsabend so schön gemacht hat. Die Doraden waren ein Traum!!

Charming restaurant with very romantic ambience. Diljan was perfect. He made great recommendations and took wonderful care of us. I highly recommend the amphora fire show!

Lovely restaurant. Warm atmosphere. My lamb shank was great but my wife's meal was served 5 minutes after mine and then came with red peppers after we had stressed her allergy to peppers when we ordered.. We shared my meal rather than wait for her meal to be done again. No apology forthcoming but I guesd the restaurant is popular enough not to worry about individual experiences

Expérience déplorable. Très dégommage car la cadre est vraiment beau et la carte prometteuse. Nous étions une table de 5, la commande se passe bien puis nous recevons nos apéro. Le mojito est en fait un sirop à la menthe avec quelques feuilles de menthe et on cherche toujours l’alcool. Il y a du gin dans les Aperol Spritz par contre… 1h après notre arrivée, nous recevons nos plats. Mais pas les entrées. Quand je les demande, le serveur semble étonné qu’on veuille manger les entrées avant les plats. On ne reçoit qu’une des deux entrées commandées. Quand je réclame la 2eme, de l’halloumi grillé, le serveur me regarde comme s’il n’avait jamais entendu parlé d’halloumi de sa vie avant d’affirmer que je n’avais jamais commandé d’halloumi. La cuisine est bonne, on doit leur laisser ça mais nous n’étions pas au bout de nos peines… Au moment de payer l’addition, impossible de payer le montant total de l’addition avec la carte en sachant qu’on a un montant classique (+/-45€/pers).

After being exposed to the high pressure operators in the touristy area, finding the Arch Bistro was a revelation. Great food, friendly attentive staff and an amazing overall experience.

Charming restaurant that lived up to all expectations. Bubbly atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, great food and a relaxed approach - no rush, no pressure. 100% recommend. We will visit again when next in Istanbul.

Our server Diljan was really friendly and helped us with the menu. The food was incredible too and catered for vegan and vegetarian too. Brilliant last evening for us in Istanbul

This is a fabulous restaurant between the food, atmosphere, and service. Amazing wine selection from all over the region and the cuisine is creative with traditional Turkish dishes. Truly the highlight of our trip to Istanbul.

Gorgeous historical restaurant with amazing food. We ate here twice in April 2023 when we visited Istanbul’s d were thrilled to return this year. You won’t be disappointed. Meze platter with 5 or 10 choices was outstanding, sea bass perfectly cooked with delicious sides. A real special treat is the traditional Amphora Fire Pot dish offered in a clay pot that is broken at your table-so yummy.

I would’ve given a 10 star rating if I could have. The ambience, the decor, the staff and above all the food in Arch Bistro was exceptional. I was with meat eaters who had fabulous food and as a vegan I was catered for with equally outstanding meals. I would highly recommend this small but wonderful Bistro to anyone.

An amazing gem in Sultanahmet. Done wine pairings around the world and this classifies as one of the best. There is an exceptional red on the tasting menu well worth every penny.

It was okay nothing extremely special. It did its job to be honest expected a little bit better than it was but overall it was probably about average.

The place is super cute. A pleasant break from all the touristy restaurants that look alike. It’s an old boathouse converted into restaurant. Food is also slightly different. However, they did remind us a bit of restaurants in nyc where they wouldn’t allow us to sit at a table for 3 no matter what, not very European. Asked for a review, mentioned a tip etc food was ok, nothing mind blowing.

An absolute gem. Built in a repurposed boat hangar, this restaurant offers an unparalled dining experience.

Such a lovely evening. We were looked after very well by our host, who was friendly and very well-informed about the food and wine we chose. The atmosphere was creative, informal and warm, and we had a lovely evening, savouring beautiful food. Every dish was tasty and well seasoned, and the wine complemented it very well. We will be returning to enjoy it again before we leave Istanbul and very much look forward to it. We even made friends with a beautiful cat, who came to say hello. Thoroughly recommended on all counts.

Food and service were both outstanding. Patient explanation of the dishes helped to make choosing easier. Lovely decor, and excellent house wine contributed to a memorable last night dinner in Istanbul.

İş için gelmiştim, internetde tesadüfen karşılaştığım bu yeri o kadar beğendim ki, her halde her geldiğimde mutlaka uğrayacağım. Otantik tarihi kendinde yansıtan ve çok nezih bir aurası vardı. Yönetici de çok samimiydi, baya muhabbet etdik. Her şey için teşekkürümü buradan yapmak istedim!
