The experience was amazing , the stuff is very polite , & very honest , as my sister forget her card holder with all her credit cards & huge amount of money , & we went back to the restaurant, the stuff was keeping it , & was very helpful . Really it was a very nice experience with the best food & best view .

We splurged on the baked salt fish because we had never heard of such a thing. For 2, it was too much to eat but the showy presentation was worth the price of admission. We’ll not soon forget this meal.

Ontbijt was perfect! Sommige obers waren echt heel opdringerig, bleven om de tafel staan en vroegen zelfs om een fooi. Tegen het brutale aan. Dat was vervelend. En daarom zou ik volgende keer opzoek gaan naar een ander restaurant.

Weather wasn't great so we were sat inside but we were still able to go up and look from the rooftop. Service was great and still a very good view from the indoor restaurant. Staff were very acommodating - we were given a desert but we are not sure what it was - however this was delicious! Definitely recommend :)

Başta cam kenarı bir masa rica etmiştik ve garson yerimizi değiştireceğini söylemişti. Ancak daha sonra işletme müdürü başka müşterileri getirip cam kenarı masaya oturtarak bizi oradan kaldırdı. Aperatif siparişi verdikten sonra yaklaşık 30 dakika bekledik. Fakat iki ana yemeğimiz ise bir saat geçmesine rağmen hâlâ gelmedi. Sonunda siparişlerimizi iptal edip restorandan ayrıldık. Garsonlar dışarıdan bakınca nazik görünse de servis son derece yavaş ve temel garsonluk eğitiminin verilmediği çok açık. Ayrıca yemekler dondurulmuş ürünlerin ısıtılarak servis edilmesiyle hazırlanıyor; taze deniz ürünü kullanılmıyor. Ziyaret etmeyi düşünenlerin bunu bilmesinde fayda var. Zu Beginn baten wir um einen Platz am Fenster, und der Kellner versprach, uns dorthin zu setzen. Doch wenig später brachte der Geschäftsführer selbst andere Gäste und wies uns ohne weiteres von unserem Fensterplatz weg. Nachdem wir eine Vorspeise und zwei Hauptgerichte bestellt hatten, wurde die Vorspeise erst nach etwa dreißig Minuten serviert. Die Hauptgerichte ließen jedoch über eine Stunde auf sich warten und kamen schließlich überhaupt nicht. Daher stornierten wir unsere Bestellung und verließen das Restaurant. Obwohl die Kellner nach außen hin freundlich wirken, ist der Service äußerst langsam, und es wird deutlich, dass grundlegende Schulungen im Umgang mit Gästen fehlen. Zudem werden die Speisen offenbar aus aufgewärmten Tiefkühlprodukten zubereitet; frische Meeresfrüchte werden nicht verwendet. Wer einen Besuch in Erwägung zieht, sollte dies unbedingt berücksichtigen.

Restaurant pas du tout chic. Pas de nappe. Bouteille en plastique. Une terrasse sous véranda. Surtout des prix exagérément élevés : 36e à 2 pour une bière une petite bouteille d'eau et un plateau de mezze. Tous les autres plats sont à minimum 30e et pour du poisson on paie au poids soit 90e minimum le plat a 2.

The restaurant was recommended by an acquaintance due to the view and the seafood. There is no doubt that the view was impeccable! From the food and service perspective, there were at least 4 items that we wanted to order were unavailable. We did order the fish that the waiter suggested and it was fresh and tasty. The main reason for the low rating was the fact that the waiter lied to us when the bill came. There was a 10% charge on the bill and there was no label on what it was for. We assumed it was service charge but the waiter clarified that it was tax. He indicated that service charge was not included, so we included an additional 10%. Afterwards, I thought about it and went back to the restaurant and asked to see the menu. I wanted them to show me where does it says that tax is additional and they were not able to demonstrate. The manager stepped in. After he understood the situation. He refunded us the amount but the damage has already been done. It was such a horrible experience when a high end restaurant applies such tactics to take advantage of tourists.

Windows were all closed so there was no view. Too bright. Food was fine but WAY overpriced. When I say way overpriced, a cocktail was in the $24 - $28 USD range. Food was also over priced compared to almost all other restaurants. View from the terrace was nice.

Asked for reservation a while back. They were so busy that they gave us a table that wasn’t worthy of a reservation. They handled that well but then waited a longer time as no waiter was then assigned. I tried to explain a food allergy and waiter seemed to feel that was a nuisance. Wound up giving me a much better menu for me and called to confirm with chef contents. Good meal at end of things. You have to know about the bird experience as it is fantastic. They should designate o w elevator for hotel and one for restaurant because it is impossible getting to your hotel due to the popularity of the restaurant

Wir hatten einen schönen Platz mit toller Aussicht, das Frühstück war hervorragend, reichlich und eine tolle Auswahl. Vom Service waren wir nicht begeistert, die uns zugeteilte Bedienung war lustlos und nicht bemüht, wenn wir Getränke bestellen wollten mussten wir uns deutlich bemerkbar machen, von selbst wurde nicht mehr nachgefragt. Eine andere Bedienung wurde sehr laut und ungehalten zu Gästen, die etwas geändert haben wollten...sowas geht gar nicht. Man bezahlt definitiv die tolle Aussicht und das Möwen-Erlebnus mit und das war es uns auch wert, aber aufmerksamer, freundlicher Service geht anders.
