Spicy Soup is nice,but a little dark in there

The Peking Duck was more like a simple roast duck as the skin was not very taught/crispy. My mixed drink arrived halfway through our meal after two inquiries as to its status. The drink was fine, but arrived quite late. At least the price point was reasonable so I did not feel ripped off.

I dine on my own, as I am widowed. That can sometimes feel a little awkward, however, the staff in the restaurant were amazing. They made me feel very comfortable, the Managers came to introduce themselves and the one who has just got married was very hospitable to me. They recommended food and it was just right for my taste. The food was truly delicious. It was very authentic. Compliments to the chefs on an excellent job, I really enjoyed everything. The restaurant surroundings are what I would expect from the brand.

Everything is great! Food and service! But the music selection really can be improved. Loud and night club vibe? Not suitable for such a nice lunch.

Servis görevlileri nazik ve güler yüzlü, yemekler güzel ama üst seviye değil. Ortam sıcak ve sevimli ancak çalan müzik kesinlikle çok yorucu bir club müziği idi. İşletmenin yapabileceği bir şey olmayan durumlar ise 3-5 yaş çocukları ile gelen ve gürültü yaratan masalardı. İş yemeği veya özel bir gün için gidenlere süpriz olabilir. Biz günlük bir yemekte dahi çocuk sesi sevmediğimiz için olumsuz etkilenmiş olabiliriz.

Our table was ready. Atmosphere was great. Very polite service and asked us for anything we needed. The chicken hot pot was just okay but the tofu and green beans were excellent. Will come again.

One of the best restaurants I’ve been in years! As a Muslim family we find it difficult to find good halal options of any kind, so this experience was well worth the food. And not to forget Very nice and polite staff and severs, my mom who usually has a certain taste told me that the food exceeded her expectations. we will for sure come back!

Shang Palace d’Istanbul : le canard laqué en 2 services moins bon que celui de Paris (peau pas croustillante mais tout de même goûtue), ha gao et xiao long bao (poulet) sont très bons ainsi que le riz sauté crevettes et saint-jacques. Les haricots verts sautés sont bien relevés.
