Yemeklerde ufak tefek aksaklıklar yaşasak da, Liza Hanım’ın profesyonel yaklaşımı, misafirperverliği ve çözüm odaklı tutumu sayesinde tüm olumsuzlukları unuttuk. Turist ağırlıklı bir mekânda Türk misafirperverliğini en güzel şekilde yansıtarak güler yüzü, eleştiriye açık ve nazik tavırlarıyla bize keyifli bir deneyim yaşattı. Onun sayesinde restorandan memnuniyetle ayrıldık. Müşteri memnuniyetine bu derecede kıymet veren bir yöneticiniz olduğu çok şanslısınız . Restoranı yeniden tercih etmemiz yüreğimizi ısıtan yaklaşımı sayesinde olacaktır . Kendisine teşekkür ederiz.

Delicious dinner, sea bass and lamb kebabs with Greek salad and Turkish wine. Very pleasant atmosphere except for one screaming toddler after 9pm. At a hotel restaurant perhaps that is to be expected.

They went to the brink to satisfy our request for plain martinis. Interesting hummus and bread. Lamb chops tough but tasty. Excellent Greek salad. Very kind and accommodating wait staff. A solid 7 overall.

Bland tasteless food. Service ok but could be so much better! We were hoping for something so much more. So we were disappointed.

Beautiful warm cozy restaurant on a cold evening… friendly host a beautiful table near the window .. friendly attentive servers …. The menu with so many wonderful Turkish selections we order everything … appetizers and entrees the waiters timing was perfect… Ending out feast with complementary tea and baklava ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️thank you

Liza, especially, was outstanding in her helpfulness when choosing items, as we are English speakers. The host and Liza provided outstanding service, suggestions, prompt seating at our table, and even free, delicious baklava for dessert! A beautiful restaurant for anyone visiting Sultanahmet!
