Her şey mükemmeldi. Yazdığım not unutulmadan özenle bizimle ilgilenildi. Erkek arkadaşım için doğum günü sürprizi yaptım ve her şey istediğim gibi gitti. Lezzet inanılmaz, yemekler hafif asla rahatsız etmedi. Elinize sağlık, teşekkür ederiz.

The chef (more like "owner") welcomes you, tells you what you should order (not a humble suggestion at all), and then just sits two tables from you and smokes a cigar while he sips a glass of wine and then another. Walks up to you to say "bon appetit" every time a dish comes up. A real chef works at the kitchen, not as an accidental PR, so this didn't sound very professional to us. Moules shared as appetiser (offered and ordered as such but never asked to be halved in two) were smallish or empty, tasteless and full of sand, although the creamy broth was good. Lamb shank was overcooked, served with a mock gratin dauphinois of boiled potatoes with cream and cheese (not baked, as it should). Blanquette de veau was well below every possible standard. Everything tasted artificially flavoured, not much cuisine there. Yes, we ate it all: we were hungry and it was late. Yes, the chef also stood up to ask if everything was good and we said it was because we read all his rude rants at comments on the bad quality of his food and we didn't want it live. Outrageously expensive. 160€ for two with a bottle of the cheapest wine and no desserts. Probably one of the worst quality-price ratios in Istanbul.

Öncelikle Şef Carlos hem harika bir şef hem de harika bir ev sahibi. Yemeklerin lezzeti, sunumu, ambiyans ve hizmet harikaydı. Çok daha sık gitmek istediğim bir yer.

Carlos'un ilgi ve alakasindan tutun, yemeklerin lezzetine kadar her şey harikaydı. Karidesli safranlı uykuluğa bayıldık. Belçika usulü midye zaten imzası..Çok hosumuza giden canlı muzik te ayrı keyif verdi.yemek sonrasi içtiğimiz kokteyllerin tadını da es geçemeyeceğim. Her şeyiyle cok başarılı.

Son derece guler yuzlu bi karsilama ve agirlama oldu . Biftek gercekten guzel ve sosuna bayildim .
