Mürver Restaurant

We had a reservation for 6:30 pm. We arrived at 6:15 pm and were asked to wait at the bar, although the hall was empty and there were free tables. Later we were invited to a table. It was in the very corner near the window and the smoking area. We were quite cold sitting there, but we asked for blankets and warmed up a little. We were given a menu and a wine list, after a while we made an order. I was warned that the meat would be ready only in 20 minutes. However, after 20 minutes we received only starters and hot bread. Looking ahead, it was the bread that was the best dish of the evening. After we finished with bread and appetizers, we waited a very long time for the main courses. My portion of meat was a disappointment. It was a small portion, without a wow effect, costing about 90 dollars. To be honest, I was upset. After we finished with the main courses, we sat and talked for a long time, a little tired, we decided to finish our dinner and ask for the bill. However, instead of the bill we were offered desserts, as well as Turkish tea, as a gift from the waiter. Half an hour later we asked for the bill again. The waiter brought us the bill, we paid it. I was planning to leave a tip in cash, but the waiter immediately offered me to leave a 10% or 20% tip using a bank card. I looked at him in surprise and said that I would leave 5%. There was so much pain and sadness in this man's eyes. It was sad. To sum it up, I regret that I brought my wife to this restaurant, which has two Michelin recommendations. I am not a critic, but the food did not match the prices indicated on the menu. For about $ 250, I was not satisfied, neither morally nor physically. Complaints to the management - raise the salaries of your employees. Otherwise, they will not provide the service that you claim.

Başta şef Mevlüt Özkaya olmak üzere tüm Mürver ekibine teşekkürler. Hem lezzetler, hem de şef masasının atmosferi müthişti. Karşılama, servis, sunumlar ve kokteyller kusursuzdu. Oğlumun doğum günü için harika bir akşam yemeği oldu. Her zamanki kalitenizi koruduğunuzu görmek çok sevindirici. Başarılarınızın devamını dilerim.

Eşimin doğum günü için gittik çok güzel bir masa ayarlanmıştı. Yemekler çok lezettli, çalışanlar çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydü.

Eşimin doğum günü için 1 hafta önceden rezervasyon yaptırdım ve iyi bir konumda olması içinde özellikle not ilettim hatta asistanımda iletişime geçip notu teyit ettirdi. Ama masamız manzaranın kapandığı ağaç kısmında verilmiş değişiklik talep ettiğimde en güzel masamızı verdik şuan mekan dolu diye dönüş aldım. Ortam aşırı gürültülüydü manzaramız kötüydü özel bir gün için tercih edilecek bir mekan değil. Yemeklerin sunumu ve lezzeti güzeldi gecenin tek artısı yemekleri oldu. 2 kişi toplam 6.200 TL hesap ödedim ama açıkçası yemek dışında memnun kalmadık. Ortamdaki gürültüden masa konumundan rahatsız olduğumuz için tatlıyı dışarıda yedik. Özel günlerde bir daha tercih etmrem

Kız arkadaşım ile çok güzel bir akşam yemeği yedik. Doğum günü olması sebebiyle tatlımıza mum istedik ve bu konuda da gayet düşünceli ve nazik davrandılar. Çok memnun kaldık. Personel her konuda gayet ilgili ve bilgiliydi.

18.01.2025 tarihinde erkek arkadaşımın doğum gününü kutlamak için gittik. Gerçekten her şey mükemmeldi. Yemekler mükemmeldi, servis çok iyiydi, kokteyller çok lezzetliydi, atmosfer sıcak ve keyifliydi. Gerçekten her şeyiyle dört dörtlük bir deneyimdi. En kısa zamanda tekrar gitmeyi iple çekiyorum.

Servis yapan ve siparişlerimizi alan beyefendinin inanılmaz mutsuz ve somurtkan hali gerçekten çok enteresandı. Michelin advise ya da yildizli restaurantlara cok giderim lakin ilk defa bu şekilde servis yapan , bu derece mutsuz ve enerji düşüren birini gördüm. Açıkcası normalde yorum yazmam ama Mürvere hiç yakışmıyor. Kolay gelsin

Cooking methods and ingredient combinations truly enhance the overall taste experience. The flavors are delightful, and I found the service to be very satisfactory. One small suggestion for the terrace area is to consider lighter table tops, as it can be a bit challenging to see what you're eating in the dim lighting. We had to use our phone lights to get a clearer view. The cocktails were fantastic, though! Thank you for a lovely experience.

it was our second visit of your restaurant and we have been enjoined of our time

we were 3 people and 1 was waiting for the accompanying vegetable until the meat was cold and the 2 others finished before. lamb was ordered medium rare and it arrived medium well done .... pity for that price ! we had to go to the bar to get a 2nd glass of red wine because our waiter wasn't coming to our table ... we spent 7.700,-- for 3 people and couldn't eat together on the christmas eve ... waisted money and they invoiced the whole dinner 100% :-(

Çok fazla gürültü vardı. Gruplar özellikle çok yüksek sesle konuşup yüksek kahkaha atıyorlar. Hizmet kusursuz, yemek kusursuz.

We really enjoyed the food and service. Also the view was really good even though it was dark and we were behind the window since it was cold. We booked the restaurant for a special occasion - to celebrate our parents' anniversary. It totally served the purpose. I highly recommend the restaurant for fine dining, also for a group of 5 like us. Since we weren't too hungry, we ended up only ordering starters, drinks and a dessert and it was totally enough. Looking forward to trying the main course in my next visit.

Bad behavior from the hostess I’ve booked the table 10 days ago they told me they don’t have space on the balcony but if something change they will put us out When we arrived it was 3 empty tables on the balcony I asked if we can sit there and she said NO so we stayed inside! The whole night the tables stayed empty so she just didn’t want us to be there! The food wasn’t good as I remember 5 years ago and it was very expensive for what it was!The price for a cocktail was 20€ New York or Singapore prices ! Disappointed!

Great experience. Food was wonderful and service was good. Only complaint was there was a loud table of American women.

Everything was tasty - chicken, fish and roasted vegetables. Red local wine was also good. Nice music and atmosphere.

The Murver was disappointing as I expected the food to be better, considering the large price tag. The view is nice, but there are better views in Istanbul. And we went to many of those places and we not let down. As our time in Istanbul was limited, I wish we had not wasted one of our precious nights at The Murver. Wouldn't go back.

Eşimin anlata anlata bitiremediği yere en sonunda birlikte gittik ama tiyatro gecesi olduğu için biraz telaşlı oldu. Nefis kuzu tandır ve çok güzel bir merlot içtik. Mürver haklı bir üne sahip, bunu tescilledik, teşekkür ederiz

Nice view, average service, but very expensive and very noisy. Not the best place for a romantic evening or even a quiet get together with friends.

Excellent meal. The hostess and servers were quite friendly and helpful. The food was phenomenal. The view was awesome, it was a great way to see the Bosphorus Straight and see the town light up at night.
